Important information: If your test results still need to be available online, they are still being analysed. Additional information: If you have ordered multiple analyses, they may become available online at different times. This could be because of various analytical processes or because your other sample is part of a separate batch.
We use a shipping service provider based in the UK to return laboratory samples. The provider handles customs clearance and sends the samples directly to our laboratories in Germany.
The return process typically takes 5-6 working days. After the test kits arrive at the lab, processing time varies depending on the type of kit purchased, ranging from 7-14 days. You can find more information about the specific test kit you purchased on its product page.
If you opted for an Express Test, your results will be available three days after the laboratory receives your sample.
In the event that limit values are exceeded (e.g. during water analyses or soil samples) or a positive result of a load (e.g. in an asbestos test), first of all, remain calm.
Almost all test results provide information about the nature of the load, what causes it, and what you can do to address it.
For further information, please contact: IVARIO has put together a drinking water wiki for you, where you can find information on parameters, loads and limit violations. You can of course contact IVARIO support if you have any questions or need help.
Unfortunately, the culture media of your water samples could not be evaluated due to an accompanying flora, as they grew faster than the parameter to be tested. Unfortunately, due to this, there are no resources left for this parameter. According to the German Environment Agency, “could not be analysed” must be stated as the correct result in this case.
However, most of the germs in the water that lead to overgrowth are not harmful to health. The overgrowth of the breeding ground does not necessarily indicate the presence of any pathogens.
Important information: Your sample has been analysed correctly. Unfortunately, all incidents that can lead to a result that cannot be analysed are out of our hands.Unfortunately, you'll need to request a new test with your desired specific parameters. The laboratory disposes of samples after they are analyzed.
